West coast inspired IPA. A war of floral grassy hoppy bitterness against the sweetness of toffee from crystal malts leaves a balanced easy drinking beer disguising its abv. Hopped differently each brew with a fresh selection of American and Southern Hemisphere hops. West coast in intent, modern hop-forward in execution.
