Manchester (and north Cheshire lets be fair) has a long history back to the start of the 19th century of brewing paler, more bitter bitters for the more refined tastes of the Mancunian working class. This is our taken on that a quaffable, traditional golden bitter hopped with Summit and Goldings and showcasing the best of British hops.
